Both Single Family Home and Condo average prices have remained fairly stable month-over-month, but are still up

Inventory is recovering slightly, but still very low. There are currently only 93 homes available at the time of this post, (32 additional homes are currently pending). Inventory is down

31% compared to same time last year! With lack of inventory and lots of buyers, we are expecting pricing to stay strong.
