Low inventory in the Greater Edmonton Area is creating favorable conditions for sellers, with average sale prices on the rise and days-on-market lowering.

of single family homes and condos in Leduc were up
15% over January. Single Family home average prices saw a
3% increase over last month, and a
9% increase over the same time last year! Condos average sale price increased by
15%, recovering from a significant dip last month.
Leduc is suffering from LOW INVENTORY, with only 93 homes available at the time of this post, (35 additional homes are currently pending), up slightly from last month, but down
41% compared to last year!
