On August 21st at 2am in Leduc, Alberta an arsonist started a fire that engulfed 6 homes, leaving all 6 families homeless and in great need. The City of Leduc has come together with a goal in supporting this incredible cause by opening The Sunrose Lane Fire Trust Fund at the Alberta Treasury Branch. Anyone wishing to donate funds in support of the Families can drop by any ATB in Alberta to make a donation. Our hearts go out to an incredible family in Leduc while they mourn the loss of their father and husband, Captain Blair Rutherford that was killed in the plane crash of First Air Flight 6560 near Resolute Bay on August 20th. As a familiar face and neighbor we can't help but reach out to this family in their time of need. Our sincere condolences to Tatiana, Hannah (11) and Noah (9). Memorial donations can be made in trust for Noah and Hannah at the Royal Bank of Canada. Please help us fill their void.

Dear Clients and Friends,

On April 1st, 2010 a client and friend of ours Denny Ross was in a terrible accident outside of Ft. Mac Murray. He was thrown 100ft from his vehicle and was air lifted to The University Hospital. The accident has left him alive, and paralyzed from the chest down. He is married to his wife Megan and a father of two girls Kasey and Jaxyn with his third child to be born on April 15th.

This family needs community support. Megan is a stay at home mom, and Denny was a contracted welder. Denny will be recovering in the hospital for up to 6 months. They currently have no income and no disability insurance to carry them forward.

We are reaching out to all of our clients and friends as we know you all have huge hearts for this family. There are so many ways you can help.
